Job DescriptionCurrently, we have outstanding opportunity for a Design Intern to support the Berlin Packaging & Studio One Eleven design team. This is a role at the hub of Berlin Packaging and will afford you the best of all worlds: The stability of a growing, industry leading firm and the creative surroundings of a package design agency, Berlin’s own Studio One Eleven.
We are looking for a student to join our team for 20-30 hours a week with optional class credit.

Job Purpose:To assist, support, and administrate the Studio One Eleven Team with administrative office support, marketing communications & promotions, client work and overall daily tasks.
Key Activities / Accountabilities: •Maintain a clean and organized studio workspace
•Assist with case study documentation, including samples, photography and copy development
•Interface as necessary with Berlin corporate marketing services group to support firm-wide promotional campaigns
•Lead / assist the Studio’s with its presentation / production requirements
•Supplier drawing title block changes
•Maintain a clean contact database
•Organize and maintain the studio sample archive, workroom and photo studio.
•Assist in answering phones and schedule & prep for meetings, including client services, conference room prep / clean up, banners, welcome screen images, etc.
•Assist in the implementation of Studio One Eleven’s Marketing Plan
•Aid with market research, sample gathering, documenting and organization.
•Assist in developing and maintaining promotional sales tools
•Assist with production and fulfillment of marketing campaigns
•Assist the designers with errands, photography, graphic design, production, printing, shipping, and other duties as assigned.
•Develop & maintain processes for smooth daily operations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: •In Pursuit of BS/BFA in Marketing or Design field
•Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite
•Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
•Basic working knowledge of DSLR photography / lighting equipment

Design Intern
Seeking a employee to assist in creating the look and feel of our new webpage. This involves working with, and developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the webpage.
