We are looking for a candidate that is creative, outgoing, dedicated worker that is eager to learn more and has a passion for design. Schawk appreciates our employees and good work never goes unnoticed!
 
Job Responsibilities

  • As an intern, you will have the opportunity to be a key attribute to the production of our catalogs, direct mail pieces and circulars for our Fortune 500 clients. You will be able to have hands on experience in designing thumbnails, page layouts, helping with the mounting and mock-ups, miscellaneous design elements like footers and icons while also being able to work on some of our special projects like the clients gift cards and store windows. You will have the opportunity to work with the digital files and be able to research our photo plans and reference library.


  • Schawk Retail Marketing is always brainstorming for new, creative ways to demonstrate to our client that we are exactly what they need. The more people we have the better ideas start to flow and everyone can feed off one another's ideas.

  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Majors in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communications

  • Able to work 2-3 days a week (we will be flexible around your class schedule)

  • Able to commute to the downtown Chicago office

  • Knowledge in Photoshop, Quark, InDesign, Illustrator
