HTML/Flash designer at Digital Innovations, LLC

We seek a talented HTML/Flash designer to create a scrolling slide show for our company's consumer Internet site. Please reference the following flash example 

 http://www.flashxml.net/image-slider.html. 

 

The designer will need to take this code and re purpose it...or to create a similar slide show from scratch.  The slides will need to be edited to suit the requirements of each individual page. There will ultimately be about 100 pages. Every photo that will be added to this slideshow will need to be edited.
