Summary of Position:             
The Associate Interaction Designer defines the structure and behavior of digital eco systems with the needs of the customer at the center of the system. Interaction Designers strive to create meaningful relationships between people and the products and services that they use, which is often expressed through true, interesting, legible and relevant interfaces.

CRAFT
Design 70%
·      Creates true, interesting, legible, and relevant interfaces
·      Able to apply key principles and building blocks of systematic design
·      Pays attention to details
·      Able to connect components of multi-channel digital eco-systems
·      Consistently delivers high quality artifacts (site map, wireframes, sketches, competitive analysis, specifications, ecosystems, diagrams, flows,etc)
·      Able to make the complex simple
·      Proficient in user centered design principles
·      Has the ability to look at problem solving in different ways and offers unexpected solutions

Concepting 20%
·      Consistently provides unconventional ideas and fresh thinking
·      Translates concepts into effective designs  
·      Effectively communicates the thinking behind designs
·      Applies interesting insights to telling of stories or creation of systems

Project Management
·      Works efficiently to deliver work in a timely manner
